《順6網》2011.06.15報道:新疆民營企業“試水”工資集體合同協商制度
“企(qi)業(ye)效(xiao)益增(zeng)長1%,員(yuan)工工資(zi)就增(zeng)長0.6%。”這(zhe)是15日新(xin)疆(jiang)華春投資(zi)集(ji)團和職(zhi)(zhi)工代表簽訂的(de)集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)、工資(zi)集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)協(xie)議合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)、女職(zhi)(zhi)工權益保護集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)(簡稱“三(san)項集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)”)的(de)主要內容之一。近期,新(xin)疆(jiang)不少民營企(qi)業(ye)開始(shi)醞釀(niang)工資(zi)集(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)協(xie)商(shang),以建立和諧勞資(zi)關系(xi)。
新疆華春投資集(ji)團工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)主席高青說(shuo),工(gong)(gong)(gong)資集(ji)體合同簽訂(ding)(ding)前(qian),企業和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)充分協(xie)商(shang),雙方就“三項集(ji)體合同”條(tiao)款(kuan)中職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關心的勞(lao)動報酬(chou)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間、福(fu)利待遇(yu)、社會(hui)保(bao)險、集(ji)體合同簽訂(ding)(ding)時限、用人單位建立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)文化活動場所(suo)以(yi)(yi)及員工(gong)(gong)(gong)住(zhu)房等(deng),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)充分協(xie)商(shang)。由于此前(qian)企業按時交納了(le)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的醫療、養老、生育(yu)、住(zhu)房公積金等(deng),所(suo)以(yi)(yi)談判非常順利。
新疆維(wei)吾(wu)爾自治區總工(gong)會基層組織建(jian)設部(bu)部(bu)長(chang)王國民表示(shi),工(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體合同(tong)協商的關鍵(jian)在于(yu)前期(qi)協商,只有被(bei)雙方共(gong)同(tong)認可,才能(neng)維(wei)護員工(gong)合法權益、構(gou)建(jian)和諧勞資(zi)(zi)關系、促進企業發展。
近期,新疆開始(shi)推(tui)進工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體協商工(gong)(gong)作,建(jian)立職工(gong)(gong)收入正常(chang)增(zeng)長機(ji)制(zhi)。自治區總工(gong)(gong)會(hui)要求力爭將工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體協商納(na)入黨政工(gong)(gong)作考核目標(biao)。
